Machining Process

1. Honing

Process:
Honing is a precision finishing process that uses an abrasive honing head to perform a reciprocating grinding motion on the inner surface of the tube. The honing head rotates under controlled pressure and speed while simultaneously moving axially, allowing the abrasives to uniformly cut the inner wall and remove surface irregularities.
