Fu-Long now owns nearly 33,000 square meters of manufacturing facility. It is equipped with hundreds of automatic machines for lathing, milling, grinding, boring, heat treatment, polishing, and electro-plating; precision instruments for inspection; and approximately 300 professional technicians, enabling us to manufacture products precisely according to customers’ drawings and requirements. Fu-Long not only invests in equipment, but also encourages employees to pursue continuous learning, because we believe that professional teamwork results in excellent performance.
In addition to having advanced manufacturing processes and excellent quality control, Fu-Long's production team consists of over 250 members, including nearly 150 experienced technical staff.
Our innovative horizontal rotation electroplating process maintains the rotation of the axial workpieces during plating, resulting in an exceptionally uniform coating thickness. This also allows for better tolerance control, enhancing the product's lifespan and corrosion resistance.
In our production processes, we implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 16949 standards, adhering strictly to international criteria to ensure stable product quality. Currently, Fu-Long can provide products that exceed grade 9 in the ISO 9227 neutral salt spray test for durations of 120 hours, 200 hours, 500 hours, and 1000 hours.
